k, no im not a ricer, so lets get over that. WEll my battery is inaccesible, so i cant use the battery. What could i use to wire up neon?i dont think it will be much but i mean it could possibly be a lot. I just need to know what battery would be suitable for me..

Wire it up to your lighter. Split the wire and power both of what you are running and keep the wires hidden in your dash. This also allows for use of the cigarette lighter. I know a few people who do that with their radar detectors and jammers so they don't have wires running all over the place. Or if you want a quick fix you could go to walmart and get an external cigarette lighter splitter giving you two outlets.

Just find an accessory wire at the fusebox or under the dash. Why people suggest using the cigarette lighter is beyond me. That's a good way to rig it, but not a good permanent install. You'd never find a serious installed tapping into the cigarette lighter.

do not do it to the lighter...go to the fuse box. take ur positive, and wrap it around ur wiper or radio fuse...plug it in. Then u just ground out ur negitive. hook the positive up to a switch and ur good to go. the only bad thing bout this is u have to have ur key turned to gain power.

Again, another way to just rig it. Is it really that hard to make a soldered wire splice connection people? Do we always have to suggest ghetto installations?

v6... shouldnt matter.. wheres the other? doesnt matter to much, the light i took out turns out to be a 12 volt (12.36v) poweer source.. so i just need to clip off the AC adapter and solder wires...
