get a bigger louder dog? or just make a ton of noise for the hell of it, i used to have a loud neighbor who banged shit at 4 and 5 in the morning. so i woukld just go out and start working in the garage being loud or just hit shit in my back yard to make as much noise possible. i havnt heard that guy in years now, was a fued between his and my family for a while tho so be prepared for a fight ha

Not sure how it works or if it has to be on the dog or not.

You say your window faces by the dog. Put a boombox or stereo inside ur room facing out the window and play their dog barking LOUD.
