well i hgihly doubt the neighbor is gonna be willing to let me put the bark collar on his neck...cause like he told me today "theres nothing he can do abotu it"

Im sure your town has something on the books about the temp. and animals being outside. Make an annonymous call I bet that will get that fat fcuk to keep his dog inside.

Take an ad out in craigslist for a free dog. Just put something like you had to move out of town really fast, couldn't find a place for it, so it's there by itself. Just come pick it up out of the yard.

i bet you your neighbor is not skitzo and has called the cops on you 32 times in 1.5 years for allegedly shooting at them, doing drive-by's, terroristic threats, etc...

 

 

not to mention waking up to reporters on your doorstep on your day off because the neighbor told them your sister who is a police captain was "covering" up the evidence.

 

go through that like i have and then complain. so, next time you think you have it bad, think twice

Not reading the thread, but you have two options;

1) Take the high road. Stop complaining about it to the neighbor as it's obviously not helping and instead start complaining to local authorities (police, ordinance enforcement, etc).

2) Take the "get even" road. Buy an air horn/etc, figure out their sleeping patterns and which bedroom window is theirs......and blast away at extremely inconvenient times.

Oh, and I do recall someone on another audio forum suggesting that a high sensitivity piezo horn, 17khz - 20khz test tones and a decent amplifier tend to get dog's attention //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I came to this conclusion after just reading the first two lines of your post.

Shoot it. /dog = /story and I'm not talking about with a gay *** BB gun, or airsoft gun. That'll just wound him, make you an animal abuser, and probably get you caught.

I'm not trying to be funny and sarcastic either. If it's that much of a problem go over and pop it, dispose of body. They'll just think he ran away. I know some people may not like this, but it is a 100% solution if all these other attempts have failed so horribly.
