need your help

i'm new here at caraudio...

and i'm in need of your expert advise on how i should set up my system..

i drive a 1996 mercedes benz c280

i want a systems thats sounds nice.. have no idea where to start..

current system i have:

sub: 2 12 JLw3 (i dont want no more... want something new)

amp: phoenix gold (forgot which model) and rockford fosgate 800a2 (thinking about SoundStream Davinci)

headunit: pioneer deh-8500mp

speaker: bose (stock)

any suggestions would help... on subs, amp, speaker comp.
