I am looking for a double din hu for my 99 toyota avalon. I have no idea what to look at and what to skip over and would like some assistance.

basically looking at what I will be getting for my money. is x unit worth the money and what is a great deal on a good unit.

that is the point. I am not going to set a max/min budget as I want to know what people think about value/$ for what is available.

Alright well I have installed a lot of the kenwood 6140 in the new 370z's they are awesome units and include blue tooth, garmin gps, and very nice ipod integration. I would even go as far as saying they might be better than any of the alpine double dins. the only draw back is only 2 sets of outputs but you can step up to the next model for 3 sets.

just make sure the preamp voltage isnt below 4v. and try to have some subwoofer pre's
