I have no idea if that monitor you linked is any good or not as I have no experience with it.

As for the PS2 you'll need a way to supply it with 120vac house current and this is usually accomplished by way of a power inverter of some kind.

i installed my xbox recently with nor problem.

get a small power invertor to supply the ac current to power the ps2 and jus run the a/v cable str8 to the flipdown if thats the only screen u have.
