Need some help with the TR-7 Alpine video bypass

I just bought a used IVA-W200 and it came with the TR-7.

In the wiring instructions it says to " 'pulse' the brown wire 2 times and wait 3 seconds"

what does it mean to 'pulse' a wire??

any information is much appreciated

briefly touch it to whatever it says to either power or ground

with the TR7 - you don't need to do anything, it is preprogrammed to perform this function and as long as you didn't reprogram it and connected it the proper way, it works flawlessly.

Now if you did try to reprogram it, then you will have to re-reprogram it.

Here is the installation manual for it.

Follow the directions.... EXPLICITLY.
