Ok, awhile ago i had to disconnect my battery for about 30-45 minutes. After i did this, and connected everything back for some reason when i open a door my security system starts ticking and it wont allow me to start my vehicle. I can start it however by pushin in my valet button and turning the key, this disarms the security feature for the time being, problem is i have to do this EVERYTIME i start my truck, and its annoying. Plus im about to put a system in my vehicle and i would atleast like my factory alarm working 100%. So any insight will be appreciated. I have unhooked the battery all night to try and get it to reset itself, ive tried unlocking the doors, locking them, unlocking and all that nonsense. It has been doing this for months now, and it never really bothered me but like i said, i want it working 100% now so please let me know if you guys have had the same problem and what you did.
