Need some help with a Paper

First off I don't want anyone to write it or anything like that just asking for ideas.

Since I don't have any work to do And need this paper done by tonight I figure I'll just do it at work. The problem is I can't think of anything to write about, with enough references, so that I can paraphrase most of the paper.

The paper needs to be a Case Analysis Paper

How is it unethical? Wal-Mart's pricing led to greater purchasing power for the average consumer than any one thing I can think of.

I'm reaching here, but walmarts strive to get suppliers to cut costs forces them to go overseas where the workers are treated unethically by American Labor standards?

There is no evidence of them raising the prices signficantly after running the competition out of business.

There isn't? I thought there was? Bear with me it's been a long time since the case study I read. I thought the whole tactic was to open up show across from competitors in a town with only those stores. Drop the price so low the competitors can't compete and soaking up the loss with profits from other store locations at regular price. When the competition went out of business they would raise their prices back to normal right?
