Need some help / opinions on install

Ok so I am installing a set of Cadence CVL-6K into my Pontiac Sunfire doors. The stock Speaker location was a 4x6 hole. I was able when i first got teh car to put 6.5" Alpine coaxils in there and make them work. The trouble I am havign now is the Cadence Speaker is a basket type and won't go into that stock hole deep enough for me to get the door plastic back on. In the door plastic itself where the speaker is it's a odd shaped (like a trapazoid maybe? you can see in the pics below) I was going to cut this out so I have more room to build out the speaker but left me with 2 more unforseen variables. First is the Window crank, when the door plastic is on I have only maybe just under 3/4 inch clearance from where the handle pass the stock speaker grill in the door panel. Second is since it is an odd shape and not solid plastic but like a grid plastic in that spot it may looks stupid having a round speaker in a off square hole or being able to make a round hole to make it look semi decent.

So now I don't know if this is the best idea or to maybe try soemthing else? In another picture below higher up on the door and to the left is a very big opening. I was wondering if I coudl maybe put in a bracer piece here and mount the woofer in this spot? That would then leave me to have to cut a round hole in the door plastic (which i don't care) so the grills woudl sit flush with the door panel. Only problem here for me is what to use to make a nice even hole in the plastic (and also there is fabric here too as you can see in the picture) First thought was a hole saw bit but don;t recal if they made them that big. Now also was curious sound wise if this would work since the woofer is higher up prob almost even with my torso and about a good foot and a half back form the stock location. Would it not sound right or does it not matter?

Lot of questions here I know and alot of uncertainty since this is really my first install and I will have to do some kinda custom work no matter what (which is a bit fun for me) so I am unsure what appraoch woudl be best or if someone has better ideas more experienced then me. Also is the tools to use to cut the plastic if i have too. I put up pictures below so hope you can see what i been talking about in them and any help or ideas would be appreciated.

nobody has any ideas or opinons? I really need to know what i can use to cut a nice even 7" hole in the plastic. Biggest hole saw blade i can find is 6". Nothing else i can use?

Someone has gotta have some ideas or opinions....
