need some help choosing

i have two alpine type x 12's but there really not impressing me at all, and i was thinking of either getting s couple orion hcca 12.2's or a couple hifonics olympus olm1615 http://www.dealercostcaraudio.com/olympusolm1615.aspx i can get the orions for 350 a piece and the hifonics for like 260 a piece, my question is which would be louder of the two, and how much louder would they be over the type x's all help is greatly appreciated

what kind of box do you have the type x's in?

its a 3.4 cubic foot, tuned to 34 hz

for that much money id look into AQ hdc3 or FI Bl

think they would have more output then the hcca's, im goin with a lower tuned spl build

3.4 for both of them is pretty small. i have a single with the setup in my sig and i love it.

yea i may try making a bigger box, before i go out and spend a bunch of money on some diff subs, i used this box when i had these in my integra now ive put all my stuff in a s10 blazer so i have alot more room, what would ya recommend for two of these
