okay so im take out my freinds subs( mtx sqaure ts55) and im not exactly sure how to go about this, they work but the mount where the spider wire goes is broken is that end of the world? I can get pics up but not exactly sure how to?

Id buy new subs...I have two of those and both blew with clean and less than rated power...plus they didn't get loud at all...compared to my DDs

tinsel lead, and they **** *** to fix on subs like that if it's toward the center of the spider

no its just the mount where the hold onto the wires are still there fine and go into the spider fine....just where u hook up the postive and negative is broken

well, if it's just the plastic that holds the terminal on, then go buy yourself a tool, or something that comes with the thick plastic tag on it, and cut a piece out and drill holes to make a new one, if the wire itself is detatched from the terminal, you can solder it back on and good as new. don't use a torch to solder it btw. you could burn a lot of other things...

how do I post pics so I can show you guys what im taking about.......and the magnet on the subs dont have the normal mtx covers on them does that mean they where just take of is something up with these subs

I relized its fine I think the terminals are fine its just now there lose because the plastic pieace is broken from it but I have postive and negative wires on it so it doesnt matter..............but for some reason my magnets have no cover and the terminals are diffrent from other mtx ts55's.....could it be that these where just early models or something?
