need my new amp fixed already:(

ok so i got my new amp from a member on here. the amp is an mb quart pab 1200.1 i was running it with all the gain settings as high as they would go wich is probably why it blew. i had a 2 ohm load on it. there was no short in the wires. i opened it up and saw only 2 blown transistors. how much to gwt it fixed and who can do it? thanks.

If wasnt loud enough to run at the appropriate gain you needed a bigger amp.

oh boy, u might as well buy a new amp. it might b a 60-100. u will have to ship it as well. i would say 125.00

At least he acknowledged in his post as to why it probably messed up. He isn't totally clueless. And come on, give him a little break...maybe he's new to car audio??? You can't tell me everyone was perfect with their first installs.

i am cool with paying to get it fixed i paid less then 1/2 price for it. i just need to know who here can do it. and if i could get it modified to be 1/2 ohm stable man id be in heavon. i just need to know a user here that can help me.

Is it possible to have my amp modified to be 1/2 ohm stable cuz I have dual 1s an would love to be able to run 1/2 ohm for comps and 2 ohms daily
