Need help.

ok this is the situation i have 3 jbl wgti subs and there dual 6ohm I alrdy know one of them is bad. What it does is it says on multmeter that it is putting out a 4ohm load still and all three of them work its just that they cut off when i turn the volume up . I alrdy know its the sub anyways when i am driving lets say over some railraod tracks or bumpy road my bass stops playing for a sec i am wandering could that be b/c of my subs one of them being messed up or my amp or maybe a connection problem. Any ideas?
