Need help with what should be a very simple design for you ported box people.

Very basic box here, need plans for a ported box. Height MUST be 13.5" width Must 40.5" and the depth can be whatever. Looking for 6^3 NET after 0.5 displacement for subs and the port of course. i want the design to look like this

DmX stage 2 15"s Massive recommends 12" x 3.5" port per sub

and yeah i know that 15" subs don't exactly mount to a 13.5" tall box but trust me...i got that part figured out

i don't know about port area when it comes to multiple subs....i know that they recommend 12 x 3.5" for one sub so i don't know if that translates into 12" x 7" or if the port is the same for one or two subs.

Double the port area for 2 subs. You are correct on 7" x 12" for the opening.
