Need Help With System Whine....

I just recently put a system in my friends truck....I can not figure out why the sub has a buzzing sound when its on, and pops when changing tracks. This is what the system is, any help would be great.

Other info

-Ground is 1 foot long And is grounded to seat bolt.

-Power is ran down the drivers side of the truck with plastic housing around it.

-Rca's are under carpet (Not touching power wire or crossing in anyway)

Could it be the remote wire? It is ran into the fuse panel... AMybe try a different sopt? I can not figure it out. I tried everything i could think of! any help would be appreciated!

It is bolted under carpet...directly to the trucks cab...Should i still try grinding paint? Ive been doing Systems for a while now and never ran into anything like this...Could it be the amp?

I would definately grind down to bare metal. Then if thats not it, my guess would be bad RCAs. I have had that problem before

I tried the rca thing and it did not have the noise....I then bought Brand new rca's and tried and it is still there. I even pluged the rcas from the hu to the amp directly with out running them under anything and it was still there.....I will grind it down and see what happens...possibly amp or hu?

No there is no chance of that...I also have another ? but was gonna do a new forum but maybe it will work here....I have a JL mono amp that I is in my car now, i have a switch up front to turn off the amp (one for each amp). When i turn the radio off or change songs or turn the volume down all the way the amp wil lgo into safe mode and i will have to flip the switch...any suggestions?
