There is a program called Snag-it ...the pro version lets you screen capture ANYTHING! (around $20-30) and edit/save in whatever file format you wish. You can capture mouse movements, powerpoint presentations, web sites, etc. I use it often. The tools the pack includes are pretty easy and straightforward or you can use the tutorial. I self taught myself...easy!
