need help with rattles

ive done my whole car with edead but i still cant get one area to stop rattling. the ****ed rear view mirrior rattles loud!! any one know how to make it stop? thanks. ( my 500th thread!!!!)

try and put some weatehr striping behind the mirrow part that mmgiht help or some 2 side tape. and tighten where its holding on thte window. do those and it should stop

I had major problems with mine too. Tried weather stripping...didn't work. I finally used clear standard silicone & that solved it. Then my problem was that the bass was seriously vibrating the mirror down & I would have to re-adjust after every bass note. I used silicone again around the 2 swivel joints. That helped a ton, but it still vribrates downward some, but I've got two 12W7s. I think my only hope would be to have the 2 swivel joints welded.

get a indash screen with a rearward facing camera... otherwise.. its gonna vibrate like a byaaaatch.... just my 6.5's make my **** mirror vibrate like crazy.
