Need help with power and speaker wire sizes

I am getting ready to start my installation in my F150 Extended Cab. I have an FI Audio X12 sub with BP Power Option, an MB Quart DSC4125 amp and 2 door speakers in the front doors. I may in the future add another amp (possibly an Elemental Designs Nine.2) and 2 more speakers into the rear doors so I would like to set things up to be able to easily add these later. The amp install guide states to use 4 gauge power wire to it, so I am assuming an amp that I decide to add later will also require 4 gauge. I would like to make just 1 power run to the back seat of the truck where amp(s) will be mounted. What size should I use? And what size speaker wire should I use to the speakers and what size to the sub?

For the amps run a 1/0 back to a distribution blow. From there you can either go 1x1/0 gauge in to 2x1/0 gauge out with 1/0 gauge to 4 gauge adapters. This will be the most efficient way to get all the power to both amps. For speaker wire I wouldnt go anything less than a quality OFC 16awg speaker wire.

I would also like to incorporate the "Big 3" upgrade when I do this. I was looking at those Knuconceptz Konfused battery terminals. Would this allow me to do everything I need to do?
