need help with noise when turning off the car.

hey guys i just hooked up my wifes system in her 09 civic. i have a zapco reference 350 pushing 2 dd510 in a 2.9 cube box tuned to 34 hz i believe. we are running a knukonceptz wire kit and a PAC module to hook up to stock deck......

everything sounds fine but when i go to turn the car off the subs only play at full volume to one note and will not stop until i unplug the amp... i have a feeling its the pac module because i have hooked up plenty of systems and have not had a problem and this is my 1st time dealing with a stock deck.

did you catch the remote turn on behind the radio? where did you get the signal for the PAC piece?

i hooked the PAC up to the rear speakers and it also has a remote turn on built in...i have not touched the deck what so ever....could it be because the power for the pac is constant power hooked up with the amp...should it be a separate accessory power?

ugh i hate those. i would run a remote to the accessory wire behind the radio or under the dash.

I had the same exact prob

It wasnt there at 1st then a couple days later it showed up. Then I found that my amp is on with the radio off so it would do it, also using a LOC

Apparently the best thing is to find another remote wire hookup that turns the amp on with the radio
