Hello everyone so i recently did a complete new audio system . I added component kicker KS 6.5 in the front and kicker KS 6.75 coaxial for the rear . I just picked up a rockford fosgate amp last night and i hooked up all the connections . The front speakers has no bass whatsoever but the coaxial sound amazing . I had all the speakers set to 80hz . i even lowered the Hz and still can not get the front component to drive any bass . What am i missing here ?

car acoustics along with needing to turn your door into a proper speaker enclosure. Most of the times switching from stock to aftermarkets will make you lose all bass. Most you'll get is midbass when put in a proper install.

I have a coupe and the front and rear speakers mount into 1 door . I have added baffles and its not doing anything. If i tried all the channels together then i did each one . the rears sound good but the front are like muffled . its not the acoustics and i am sorry i mean mid bass not actual bass .

All midbass performance is car acoustics dependant. Some cars will have naturally more midbass than others just like some cars will get louder with the same subwoofer setup than others. Cant avoid physics but you can pad it with proper techniques.

These two vids should help

It's not the acoustics since both front and rear speaker go in the same door. Also my care original had component from the factory . I just did this test and this is what I found . I unplug my front woofers and plug them into the rear speaker wire the mid bass is awsome . For some reason when I plug them into the crossover box I get bad mid bass .
