I have an Elemental Designs 15" SPv.3 running off a Hifonics BXi1000D.
This is my current enclosure:
It's tuned to about 46Hz I think. I had it designed for me since I don't know how to do it.
Anyway... For the next box, I am going to build it inside the car and use aeroports. I am hoping to make the box bigger. What I am wondering for now is what way should I face the sub and the ports? I want this thing to pound!
It's in a Lexus IS350 (trunk car). The seats do not fold down, there is only a ski pass that is currently closed that I will be removing. The stock rear deck sub was removed.
After I figure out how to place the sub/ports I'll have someone here design an enclosure. TIA.
