need help with making proper mdf rings

first time doing some fiberglass work and i need some tips on cutting good mdf rings for my 6.5's thats going in the rear panels..i got the 6.5 circles cut and i dont have a plunge router but i do have a dremel tool the 4000. any help will be appreciated. thanx

A jig saw is probably the cheapest way out.

yep. i use a jig saw. my build logs have plenty of examples. there are a few on here.

That was a funny vid, lol

I would cut the inside of the ring first, then cut the outside of the ring and it drops out of the mdf. I found it to be a lil easier.

yea with fiberglass you wont see the inside or outside of the ring if its not perfectly a circle so a jigsaw is cheapest bet.
