Need help with configuration of a big build!!!

So im going with 3 alternators 2 to the sub and 1 to the vehicle, mids, and highs. I do have a after market stereo but I was thinking of using the lc8 for some of my mids and highs because I'll be using approximately 16 channels on mids and highs and with the rca outputs im still stuck with only 12 channels. I know some cock boxes work but I want to avoid using too many is this a good way to go?
