Need Help With Alpine System

Wassup everyone, I have been having problems with my system lately Alpine Cda-9887, Alpine Pdx 1.400, Type-X 6.5 Componets. My amp has been cutting off and on, sometimes it won't cut on when i start my car up then it will cut on minutes later only to cut off again. I called Alpine tech support and they didn't give me much help they just said to test everything with a voltmeter (multimeter). So how would I test the remote wire to see if its messing up? Also the power to the amp? Battery? Speakers? Im sure my ground is good to go. thanks any help would be appreciated.

Update, I got myself a multimeter and tested everything to see if I could figure out what was causing the problem. Still haven't figured it out but I got about 12V from the battery, the remote wire gave back a good voltage. So while I reconnected the battery to the amp to see if it was loose, the amp suddenly turned on, but my keys where not in the igntion at all. Has this happened to anyone b4??? I embed a video to show what happend.

My lights were on but even when i turned them off, the amp still stayed on. I have a video to proof it, u can see my keys clearly next to the amp.

check the ground on the HU? i know it ****s shit up with the pioneers, so maybe the alpine too?

and check the ground on the amp too, even if you think its fine, lol

I'll have to check into the HU ground to see if thats causing any problems. Also i'm going to hook the amp up in another car later to see if it wil work in there. Has anybody ever sent in an amp to Alpine and had them fix it?? pricing??

I have triple checked all the connections, although i thought it was the remote wire that was messing up because i had wiggled all the conection wires to see if there was a problem, and the amp cut on only to cut back off seconds later. There is no signs of overheating or anything like that. So i'm thinking it maybe the amps internal connections..

lol amps can be a pain.. any suggestion for an amp to power alpine type-x sub? i was thinkin bout the pdx.1.1000 but after having problems with this pdx i'm thinkn that over??
