Need Help Wit Noise Through Speakers

ok i started redoing my stereo, and im testin it b4 i put it all in place and im having alot of engine noise/whine coming through the speakers i tried alot of different things and still no change i made another ground for the headunit tried groundin the rcas, my amps have a perfect ground,(i only have power to one of them now for testing) the rcas are new,

im at a stand still does anyone no something else i can try and didnt have it wit my alpine tv in there, right now i have my older eclipse in there 55400 model (love the sq on the headunit lol) thanks really need some +++ feedback and i usually get it here

also there is noise when the car is off just not as bad

also just notice when i have a ground from the chassis of the radio to one of the rca leads(all them are unpluged from the deck) the noise gets louder

also noticed that even if i unplug the rcas from the deck there is still a little noice like a static of some sort
