Just installed my system today. Hifonics BRZ1200.1D & a Pioneer TS-W3002D2 .. Wired at 1 ohm. 4 gauge power wires. Everything stock electricity! .. With the level know almost all the way up, the sub don't even move it all. When I turn the bass eq up, it starts to play the bass a little..1200 RMS supposed to rattle things in my car! I have a toyota yaris 2007! I read a lot of reviews that this amp doesn't overheat, but mines get pretty hot after a couple of minutes! I mean this isn't normal! Help me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

This is NOT urgent -_-

Sounds like you have low output from your head unit. What settings do you have on your HU when you are setting gains? How are you setting gains? Also check your grounds.

where u grounded to?? unplug one rca and see if it gets louder . do the same with other . double check everything and mess with settings a bit on the Hu. what head unit you running. wat brand wire ?

Ensure your ground is tight and sanded down...make sure your subs are wired correctly and not out of phase..check your voltage with a DMM to make sure your amp isnt getting a low voltage

Instead of guessing at what it might be, go do some testing. There's advice of good places to start in this thread, which is in the wrong section btw. Also, use the search function, as this has been brought up before.

Id pull the subs and check the wiring configuration, and maybe do a reset on the hu,and retune.Check all your wiring/ground/power,make sure you have the rcas connected properly for sub out ect.Making assumptions rather than testing/trouble shooting, gets nothing done as stated above.here is an area to check to see if you have the subs wired correctly to the proper ohm load of the amplifiers stability

Subwoofer Wiring Diagrams, Two 4 ohm Dual Voice Coil (DVC) Speakers

just enter # of subs, and ohm load click wiring diagram= results
