Need help setting up new amp

I picked up a MB Quart DSC 450, i need some help setting it up to where i can listen to music. Hopefully that doesnt sound to rough..

Headunit- Alpine 9886

Speakers- Polk Audio DB5251 5 1/4" components

Amp is bridged 4ohms @ 200w per channel.

Running it bridge.

What do i need to dial the amp in at.

No sub's, just the single pair of components.
