Need Help Selecting an Amp

I'm looking for a good 4 channel amp that is in the 75w x4 @ 4ohms that is a good "bang for the buck" type deal since I only have about $200 to spend on it. Looking for something with good sound quality above anything else.

Hi guys, I'm here to completely spam the heck out of this site. You ask what is the best, and I just happen to supply a link to the online car audio site I own that is well overpriced and not authorized for many of the brands. Yeah....that's nowhere his $200 price limit.

Both the Hifonics and US Acoustics amps mentioned in this thread are good choices.

I have one more question. Should I get an amp with the RMS rating that is the same as the RMS on my speakers, or should I get one that has an RMS in the middle range somewhere in my speakers power handling?

My speakers power handling is 75-225 and 55-165 for the fronts and backs by the way.
