Need help replacing flasher fuse in an 98 Cavalier

A friend of mine needs it replaced in her car and I cant seem to find where its at. I checked in the fuse block under the hood and its not there and the one on the side of the dash and its not there either. Any suggestions to where it could be? Also how do you get to the back of the turn signals in the front?

its a round metal can looking thing.. there under the dash or kick panels usally..there about the size of a 50cent piece wide and deep

So if the actual fuse round or square? Because she bought a square looking one.

The fuse is square but the flasher is round. To get to the back of the turn signal there is usually 2 bolts that you have to pull out and you are good to go.

I had to take out the headlights just to get to the turn signal bulb
