Need help quick on Arc SE amps For focal speakers

I can buy a Arc SE 4200 for 675 or a Arc SE 4100 for 525. What should i go with? It'll be powering Focal K2P's and not sure about other set of speakers yet.

Arc SE 4200 rms's at 200x4 @ 2 ohms

Arc SE 4100 rms's at 110x4 @ 2 ohms

Focal K2P's Rms at 80 watts at 2 ohms

Would the SE 4200 be overkill?

k2p's are 4 ohm.

What is the source going to be? What kind of processing are you planning on using?

sorry I didn't post back to this till just now. But I bought the ARC 4200 SE and right now the source is a older pioneer. And I also just purchased an JBL MS-8 which will be my processor. Not sure which speakers I wanna run yet tho, like Hybrids, and focals, havn't heard much else, and I know theres a lot haha
