Need help please

Okay so does anyone know why when I turn my car on, my subs start to thump constantly even when the volume is on zero. But when my car isn't running the subs work perfectly fine, like there no thumping constant noise... Anyone know why it does that?

I already tried changing the RCA cables and it still has the same problem.

Btw I have a kenwood HU , not sure about the model.

2 10" kickers and a 800 watt sony amp (I know it's not the greatest set up but eh)
