Need Help picking subs.

Here is the deal, i need two 12s that can handle 1600-1800 watts, have a mounting depth of less than 7 inches and work decent in a small sealed box. Would Kicker L7s be work?

wh y2 12's? You can get 1 10 or 1 12 that will handle that much power and take up less or the same amount of rm.

I have a DA9010X that is a 10" sub. Handles 1600 and only takes like 1.25-1.5 cu.ft. ported.

I guess I could go single sub. Here is the deal, I drive a 2004 Chevy Silverado Single Cab. I have 2 Kicker CVR 12s running of a Hifonics 2006D amp, the cvrs can not or at least for me handle the power, one has already blew and I think another has. I have the gains turned down and I dont turn the radio as high as it can go. Give me some ideas for a single sub setup with a ported box that can get pretty loud, at least louder than the Cvrs.

The one I have for sale! DA9010X 220Oz magnet and 800rms/1600Peak.

Run it off a Diamond Audio D5 1200.1 and this amp DOES 1200 rms.

What does your amp put out rms and at what ohms?

Its rated for 2000 watts rms at 1 ohm, ive heard Hifonics are a little overated power wise so I assume 1600-1800 rms at 1 ohm.

What about Fi BTL 12, Fi BL 12, or Fi Q 12? Would either one of those be good ported with around 1600 watts? Also, does any one have pics of a ported wedge shaped box for a single sub?
