Need Help or Advice on Repairing JL W7

Two days ago my JL W7 tore around the cone. Does anybody know of a repair kit for a JL W7 or a repair kit for a subwoofer in general? I heard JLW7s can be repaired but I can't find anything about repairing them. Let me know if my JLW7 is salvageable

This isn't something you'll be able to do on your own.....mainly because JL is the only source for the replacement parts (that I am aware of).

i've heard $100, plus shipping both ways. so it'll end up costing you ~200.

Thats not as bad, i sent JL an e-mail. Right before it tore I had my sub up a red light and the guy in front of me turned around started yelling and gave me 2 middle fingers, haha red lights aren't going to be the same. Hopefully it won't cost more than 200 Thanks again for the help.

Just as an FYI;

We are all car audio enthusiasts here, but we also have respect for others. Intentionally disturbing others with your stereo is rude and disrespectful to everyone. Such behavior is definitely frowned upon.
