Need help on stetsom

I just got my stetsom 16v version and was wondering how low of a voltage i can go. I hooked it up to test it out on 12.8v and it kept on clipping? why is that

why did you buy the 16v version if you want to run it at 12v??

iunno about stetsom but my 40.1 should be ok at 11v. I try and keep my voltage above 15.5 on my 16v setup

did you have your gains high?

you can run it on 12v but you obviously wont see the rated power

i wouldnt let it drop below 11v

it probably wouldnt hurt it a ton but theres no reason to take a chance

There you go. And by the way don't hit he slave button while the amp is powered on. Just for future references. And it'll work fine at 12.8v just keep voltage above 11v. What impedance you running?
