Hi guys, I have a 12" Infinity Reference Series sub, 1230W. So basically ill give some background:
I got the sub from my brother and some of the surround was off of the cone so we tried repairing it with gorilla glue. That held for like a week. Then we tried using Rubber adhesive thinking that it would work better since it would be more flexible. It worked about 2 days and then melted off. I live in Arizona and have a black car so it get's HOT!
So I was wondering if there is some special type of glue used to hold the surround onto the cone? I have another sub right next to this one that has the surround fully connected with the cone so there is something that can hold the surround to the cone.
