I dont wanna buy the Pioneer6000 then finding a better one...

like this Alpine for example...its about the same price but I dont know which one to choose Alpine iDA-X200

I have a C.D. changer and steering wheel controls...Im not sure aboutt he Pioneer6000 but the Alpine does both.

Dont care much about the C.D. changer but I do about my steering wheel controls.

Let me ask you this question, do you have a system in your truck, sub, subs?? If you do, and you would put either of those low *** volt flashy dvd players instead of a nice Hu that you 1st started out to get, your an idiot!! By the way, who drives your truck, you or your brother!!

Im gonna have an FiQ 18" + AQ2200 really soon and tryin to find the best possible headunit.

Im not that great when it comes to headunit thats why im lookin for some help choosing...

Just let me know if I can get a nice dvd/pop-out screen headunit for about $300...

your not gonna find a decent dvd unit for 300

maybe 600ish

the 7000 doesnt have a motorized face or OEL it has basic text

thats the reason i didnt get the 7000

Went to Circuit City really liked the 5000-since I dont like the graphic display on the 6000...
Got home did some research....and I can get these of the web...

Premier500UB=$168

Premier600UB=$210

Premier700BT=$240

Pioneer5000UB=$179 (free firedog installation) CIRCUIT CITY

Pioneer6000UB=$213 (free firedog installation) CIRCUIT CITY

I'm sure it was said, but the Pioneer premier line is supposed to be higher voltage pre-outs and carry a 2 year warranty when purchased from an authorized dealer. Of those 3 i would get the 700BT. I'm sure you have a cell phone and that model has bluetooth built in

most likely gonna end up being 7000bt VS 700bt

YOU CAN CHANGE THE ILLUMINATION COLORS ON THOSE MODELS!!!!

definitly going with one of those...lol

Hopefully Circuit City can match those good prices...if they got those models lol
