Need help on deciding kx650.4 vs Powerbass ASA 600.4

Which one would you choose they both are roughly the same price. I am going to be powering a pair of comps (probably some sscs6) and two jl12w3v2 dvc4 (wired to 2ohm each). I want a four channel that can power the whole system for under 200 shipped and these both seem pretty good. does anyone have expereince with powerbass and do they do rated power?

1ohm Mono Power: 400Wx2

each amp varies, but you'll see way more than rated power.
