NEED HELP! I am a noob...need amp

Hey, i have two 15" pyramid PW1595-US subs (4 ohms each). I have the box for it, but i need the amp. I have no clue what i should look for when looking for an amp. I know it is very important not to get just any amp, for it might blow out or mess up the subs. Please help me figure out what i need (min requirements).

up to $200, but i am more comfortable at $150

I would only like to spend 200 if the quality or reliability is that much better if i spend an extra 50 bucks

Can I ask why you want to buy quality with the subs you have?

haha, true, but i plan to get better subs later. I don't want to buy a new amp when i get my new subs. But these will have to do for now.
