Hey I'm new the forums and I need some help. I just got 2 new alps both sound storm audio and I need help on how to run the remote wires from the head unit to the amps. The head unit only has 1 output. The car audio proffesional I talked to said to just jump the wire from the other amp to the other one. Is this the way to do it?

Ok I jumped them but when I turn on the had unit I get a high hiss. I know this can be engine nosie but I found the problem to be the remote turn on wires. I have a 1200 watt amp and a 3600 watts. The turn on goes to the 3600 for the subs firstand then are jumped to the 1200 forthe componets. But when the remote turn on is just coin to the smaller amp the hiss is gone and then when I splice them back to together and connect them back to the bigger amp the hiss is back
