NEED HELP! Having enough battery power?

Ok.

I own a 97 eclipse.

I have a stock alt.

I have 0 guage knuflex from a stock wetcell to my 4 kinetik hc 2400s.

I also have 2 18 tc sounds 5200s off of 4 sundown saz2000ds.

I let it charge cuz it said my battery was low.

I played my system a little bit.

Not very loud.

about 1/4 up and my headunit will shut off.

None of the amps go into protect.

I have no clue.

Anyone help?

Whats your stock battery sitting at (voltage) once it settles? you'd have to unhook it from the other batts to check this

Get a new High output Alt for sure with that much power.

Yea, check that and probably replace and then I'd look into a HO alt and you should be smooth sailing

No you dont have plenty of power....Batteries dont create energy they store it, your wimpy little stock alt is not going to put out near enough power to keep up with that kind of draw.

Yea it can and does produce the power

just sounds like a short.
