Need help for Equipment Completion

well, these are the comps that i would use:

-Front: Rainbow Germanium CS 265.25

-Amp: Helix B4 precision

-HU: Sony CDX-M 7850

My plans are to get a not too expensive SQ system for Rock/Alternative/Metal. So all I need is a decent SQ Subwoofer with enough Efficiency to get a little punch out of the 180 Watts RMS the Helix offers.
