id get a stock mt recone amd buy amother sub as sq. mt is a great spl woofer, shame to waste the potential.

You aren't going to turn the mt into an sq sub.

I have the twin to this sub, with the PSI recone. I truly enjoy its sound totally, I couldn't tell you if it was an sq.sub, or an spl sub, all that I can say is it sounds good ashell to me. Gets down when it should, and loud enough for me. Op, you can go to the fi web site for the recone. What happened to the sub dude?
