Need help finding an amp

Hi all. I've been out of car audio for several years now and just recently got back into it. I just purchased a Diamond Audio d9 10" and am having trouble deciding on an amp for it. It is dual 2ohm so I need something that will run 600 or close to it at either 1 or 4 ohm. I'm on a budget (cheaper the better) but don't want to buy junk either. I don't want to spend anymore than $200-250 tops. Any suggestions on a certain brand or anyone willing to sell an amp that fits my needs?

I've got it narrowed down to the diamond d3 600.1 or orion hcca-d1200. I am trying to figure out which would be better.
