Need help finding amp to run speakers+sub

So this is all for my friend, not me. He's on a bit of a budget for his system. He's gonna go with 2 pairs of arc ks 5726 which are 35w rms. He's also gonna want some subs, probably 2. Is there an amp that will drive these 4 speakers plus 2 subs. I guess the subs he gets will kinda depend on what will work well with the amp. And remember, he's on a bit of a budget. Thanks.

Can we run 2 speakers in series to ch 1&2 to keep it at 4ohm, then run the subs at 2 ohms? I'm not really how the 3 ch mode works....someone enlighten me please.
