Need Help FAST!!

On my way home I was playing my stereo just at regular volume, then all of a sudden my mids and highs stopped working, but my sub was still playing. Then after about 2 minutes, the speakers came back on for about 5 more minutes, then they quit again, and they have stayed not playing. I don't have a mids and highs amp, so my speakers are hooked just to the headunit. I know I didn't blow a fuse or else the headunit would have just crapped out and the sub would have stopped playing too. I need to know if my headunit just junked out on me or if it's something I can fix?

Headunit is a Pioneer Premier 690 (about 5 months old and bought it brand new from sonicelectronix)

Thanks

So it looks like I'm looking for a mids and highs amp now. Could any of you guys recommend a good 4 channel that puts out about 50 watts per channel. I have the POwerbass ASA1500.1 so I was looking at getting the ASA400.4. Because I can get that for 138 shipped off sonicelectronix.
