Need Help Dont Like The Way Subs Sound

Okay this is what i got :

sony deck

PPI art series 600.2 amp

three 15 in mtx 5000

Heres is my problem i got my box made this weekend and only some bass's sound good and some sound like Sh*t i dont like the way it sounds. i want to know if it is my box or not.

and if anyone knows how big my box should be because to me it looks rather small. any help is appreciated.thanks

ok first of all what type of enclosure do you have. what size is the box? sepreate chambers ? what ohm are they at and whats it going in?
