OK, I just traded for a 15 inch (newer model) Orion HCCA, I want to move as much air as possbile, and hit pretty low. While I would be fine running a traditional T-Line or an Aero, I feel like doing something fancy, anybody have any ideas of what type of box I should build

1998 VW Jetta
These are the dimensions of the biggest box I have got to Fit in my trunk
W:36"
H:15"
L:31"
Features:fold down seats and a fully deadened trunk
Ideas I have Had
*t line with PVC Pipe flares along the edges of port and along each corner on the box
* traditional 8 Inch Aero with Dual PVC flares
*4th order???
*Free air (joking)
