need help choosing subs

hey everyone, im new to the site, but ive been here before looking at reviews about subs amps etc.. and it looks like you guys know what your talking about. anyways im looking for some opinions on a system for my silverado regular cab. im thinking i want to do a set of kicker L7 8's with a zx1000.1, or two kicker cvt 12's running off a zx1000.1. i would do L7 tens in a heartbeat but im 6''1 so i hardly have enough room already and i dont want to move my seat up anymore. i heard good things about the cvt's and of course the L7's but in any of your guys opinions, which would probly sound better?? the cvts have 400 rms and the L7s have 450 rms, help would be great, thanks in advance everyone

i personally would rather do a single L7 8 ported, rather than 2 sealed. if you already have the amp though, then you probably would like to utilize it's power. problem with L7's is box size. they aren't small box subs when compared against other brand subs of equal size. a dd1508 will perform better in a smaller box. or a dayton reference. L7's aren't a bad choice though if you can get the airspace for them.
