So let me begin by stating what limited knowledge I feel like I possess regarding car audio haha. From what I have read, composite speakers (tweeters + woofers) are better than coaxial speakers where they are combined. Beyond that I really do not know much.
I have an 04 Honda Civic Coup and want to replace the headunit as well as the front speakers. The last car I had i replaced them both, and while I don't recall what headunit it was, it wasn't anything fancy, and the speakers I got were Polk Audio db 571 https://www.crutchfield.com/S-hDCLBppv1Yc/p_107DB571/Polk-Audio-db571.html , and I loved them.
However, Crutchfield currently has a promo for buy a jvc head unit and get 50% off a pair of jvc speakers, so I was take advantage of that deal.
These are the JVC head units I am looking at:

https://www.crutchfield.com/p_105KDX240B/JVC-KD-X240BT.html
Theres also this larger style Dual brand, but it wouldn't be eligible for the discount with speakers.

And these are the speakers I saw

Theres also a more expensive Polk Audio set of speakers that I'd assume are newer models of the ones I used to have.

I don't know anything about RMS or Peak Power or what, but which of those speakers are the best / would be good for me? I was trying to stay under or around $100 for the head unit and speakers, but have a little leeway if thats what it takes for a good set up. Also, how much better would those composite jvc speakers be vs their coaxial counter parts? I've heard that composite speakers sound way better than coxial. I'm not sure where I would put a tweeter however.
Lastly, for the head unit, in addition to which one would be better, would they all allow for me to add an amp and subwoofer in the future? I apologize for all of the questions, but I wanted to get some more experienced insight into what to buy.
